The Seven Rabbits of Highly Effective People
reviewed by Strange Bru, April 27, 2008

For those in the office, humored or not by life's daily struggles, renowned self-help author Marf Glibborn came to the rescue with at Bruce's College campus with his stimulating discussion on his new book "The Seven Rabbits of Highly Effective People" .

Mr. Glibborn, known for his office, humor, and self-help works, reviewed how each of us has seven spiritual rabbits that need to be tamed for us to truley find inner peace and understanding before we can go on on prosper in our lives. By using the metaphor of well known rabbits, Glibborn illuminated and made clear difficult concepts that he hoped would lead you to better life decisions.

Based on the discussion, this author contemplated his inner "Bugs", the wise guy rabbit. According to Mr. Glibborn, we all need a wise guy to deal with daily absurdities. By viewing those around us as "Fudds", we could face these absurdities head on. While I definitely see many absurdities, I wasn't quite sold that Bugs-like tricks and tactics would humor my office workers.

During the "Eddie" discussion, Mr. Glibborn wanted everyone to realize their inner musical bunny by attempting to get audience to participate in a sing-along. His efforts feel flat, but we did get to hear Mr. Glibborn sing "Row-row-row your boat".

This book adds a new dimension to the world's self-help publications, perhaps from the twilight zone. For the curious and the hare-inclined, I would recommend.
